Community Improvement Plans (CIP)

The City of Brockvlle has two Community Improvement Plans: the Downtown CIP and the Brownfields CIP.  Financial Assistance Programs are available to those landowners and tenants within the Community Improvement Project Areas and those who meet the general eligibility requirements.  Some projects may be eligible for more than one of the financial incentives programs.
