APPLICATION FOR OFFICIAL PLAN AMENDMENT

Application for Official Plan Amendment (link to application form)

Completed Applications for Official Plan Amendments should be submitted to the Planning Department together with the required fee of $2,200.00 and a plan (sketch) of the subject property.

Concurrent applications for Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendments for the same lands require a total fee of $3,200.00.
