Ministry Approval of the New Official Plan for

the City of Brockville

On June 14, 2011, Council for the Corporation of the City of Brockville adopted a new Official Plan for the City of Brockville.  The adopted document was forwarded to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing for final approval.

The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH) have now notified the City of Brockville that no appeals were lodged with respect to the new Official Plan document for the City of Brockville within the 20 day appeal period and that all of the Official Plan, as approved and modified by MMAH, came into force on February 9, 2012.
