Who do I contact about a parking ticket?

Bylaw enforcement officers issue parking tickets in accordance with the parking bylaw for the City of Brockville.

If you would like to have the Bylaw Office review your ticket, you will need to email:

parking@brockville.com

In your email, you must include:

• Your Name
• Your Address
• Your email Address
• Your Telephone Number
• Your Ticket Number
• Your License Plate Number
• An explaination of why you should not have received the ticket

If we receive the above information, we will have the Supervisor review your concerns and contact you with a decision.
